What happens when somebody is on holiday?

The named backup for that category picks it up. They already sit in the weekly review, so nothing has to be explained twice.

Do you use freelancers or contractors?

For production overflow occasionally, never for strategy or client contact. Anybody on your account is named to you first.

Is nine people enough for our size?

For some operators, no. Where the work needs a larger bench than this, that gets said at the audit stage rather than discovered in month three.

Can we speak to the owner before signing?

Yes, and you should. The audit is run by that person, so the first conversation is already with whoever would carry the work.

Are you hiring at the moment?
